As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through SEUR.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges are a fixed price, while shipping charges may vary depending on the total price of the package. KeiRa guarantees the quality of its products during the legally established period. Our warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by improper handling or use by the customer. Any item purchased in our stores or web store that has manufacturing defects, will be returned at no cost to the customer, being able to choose between:
- Refund of the amount through the payment system used in the purchase of the product
- Exchange for a new item to replace the defective one.
