Welcome to CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L. (hereinafter, “CALZADOS NDONGO”, “we”, “our” or “the Company”).
These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, browsing, and use of the website www.keiraonline.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the purchase of the products offered on it.

By accessing or using this Website and/or making a purchase, the user (hereinafter, the “Customer” or the “User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended for the online sale of footwear and accessories of various brands and models offered by CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L.
The Company reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration, and content of the Website, as well as to suspend its operation temporarily or permanently.

3. Access and Use Conditions

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the internet connection provided by the User’s telecommunications provider.
The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.
The use of the Website for unlawful purposes, or in ways that may harm the rights or interests of third parties, damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website, or prevent its normal operation, is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchase Process

The Customer must select the products they wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.
Once the products have been selected, the Customer must complete the order form and provide the necessary billing and shipping information.
Before confirming the purchase, the Customer may review and correct the order details.
Order confirmation implies full acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these terms of sale.
CALZADOS NDONGO will send the Customer an order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs will be indicated separately before completing the purchase.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and others that may be added in the future.
CALZADOS NDONGO reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is detected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process.
The estimated delivery time within Europe is between 6 / 7 days from order confirmation.
In the event of delays attributable to the transport company, CALZADOS NDONGO shall not be liable for any resulting damages.

7. Returns and Withdrawal Policy

The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error by CALZADOS NDONGO or a defective product.
To request a return, the Customer must contact customer service at info@keiraonline.com.
Once the product has been received, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

8. Product Warranty

All products sold by CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L. are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

9. Personal Data Protection

CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L. complies with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
The personal data provided by Users will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

10. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the Website (designs, texts, images, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the property of CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L. or their respective owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification, in whole or in part, without express authorization, is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

CALZADOS NDONGO, S.L. shall not be held liable for:

Damages resulting from improper use of the Website or its products.
Service interruptions or technical failures beyond its control.
Links to external websites managed by third parties.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma (Illes Balears), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
